Sound yoga is a quiet Hatha Yoga lesson accompanied by singing bowls. The sounds penetrate deep into your body, you can hold the positions with ease and experience their effects more intense. The final relaxation is a bit longer and turns into a sound journey.

In Klangreisen, in contrast to the sound massage, various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, rainmakers, kalimba and zaphir are played next to the body. The sound penetrates deep into the body and you feel relaxed and secure. The often circular thoughts come to rest. The variety of sounds ensures a relaxing deep relaxation. The inner silence is the release of stress, fears, worries, doubts, and similar feelings that have a negative impact on our health. This restores the original harmony of body, mind and soul.

Sound body journey (reflex zones)


For the sound body journey, the sounds of the reflex singing bowl and the gong are particularly well suited for deep body relaxation. The guided sound journey directs the consciousness to different reflex zones in the body. In particular, the back and leg muscles, which is strained by hours of standing or sitting, can enjoy a deep relaxation.

Sound body journey through the chakras 


This sound body journey helps to harmonize the energy centers (chakras) in the body. The singing bowls of Peter Hess vibrate in frequencies that appeal to specific body parts. Through the sounds, the fine movement of the life energy through the chakras becomes noticeable in the relaxation.

The designed fantasy journey gives the possibility to go through visualizations into the inner reality. Language and voice guide the imagination. Their effect is deepened by the deliberate use of the sounds of singing bowls and gongs. The world is perceived more subtly by less-used abilities of the brain. This facilitates the letting go of habitual ways of thinking and encourages creative pictorial thinking.

Sound journey instrumental

This is the original sound journey that is not guided by language. One can indulge completely in the inner silence and the feeling of relaxation. The mind comes to rest and the sounds are particularly intense

 

AUTOGEN TRAINING

Autogenic training is a relaxation procedure based on autosuggestions. Concentrating on individual parts of the body positively affects the autonomic nervous system. Your general level of excitement sinks, you become less irritable and can more easily master even difficult situations. The exercises for rest, heaviness and warmth are particularly relaxing.

PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION

This is a relaxation procedure in which conscious relaxation and relaxation of muscle groups induces a state of relaxation. The goal is the relaxation of individual muscles and a concomitant improvement in physical and emotional well-being.
